Sedong IND Co., Ltd tries to prepare to be smart factories of 4th industrial age while gaining information from warehousing of material to
shipment of products in real time by using QRP System of each process of press, weld, Al, heat treatment, and machining.

Process of Stamping/Welding

Process: warehousing of COIL → COIL figuration (stamping) → SPOT&MAG welding → electrodeposition → inspection/shipment

Process of Die casting

Process: warehousing of AL_INGOT → AL casting → trimming/cutting → inspection/shipment

Process of Heat treatment

Process: warehousing of AL parts → T6 heat treatment → inspection of hardness & organization → shipment

Process of Precision machining

Process: warehousing of AL parts → machining → inspection → shipment
